Dale Ibbotson MBE Managing Director

Claire is a truly inspirational coach. A highly experienced leader, she brings over 20 years blue chip business development experience to the team, having worked at the cutting edge of the publishing industry on consumer magazines such as Marie Claire and Ideal Home.

With an infectious attitude for life, Claire is driven by her passion for seeing people succeed. She approaches every task with the same energy and ruthless desire to achieve a clear result, which is clearly evident through her personal career achievements.

Tim Browne Coach/ Facilitator

Tim’s is highly experienced in supporting a wide range of organisations define high impact learning & development strategies and assembling new teams when opening new business ventures. He firmly believes that the key to success is through the motivation and development of people and this simple message has been the focus of his achievements to date.

Tim believes in creating success through people which is evident in his business achievements from around the globe. Launching fitness clubs, recruitment agencies, turning around hotels in France and working with Porsche UK to deliver a high impact customer sales experience. He has also developed sales teams in Australia and catering teams in the United States. Add this wealth of experience to his studies in accelerated learning and human dynamics and you have a charismatic coach & facilitator hungry to share skills and knowledge with those wanting to make a real difference.

Tim has spent the last five years focusing his own studies on how people can realise their full potential. This means that he can deliver ‘The What’, ‘The How’ and ‘The Why’. Tim highlights the ways the mind can be the difference that makes the difference. As a master in people watching, team dynamics and human profiling he also has the ability to develop teams and individuals to achieve their goals.

Some facts: Tim is disturbing, aside from being quite witty (he thinks so!) he has an uncanny knack of getting to the heart of the matter with people. Currently completing his doctorate in hypnosis, he is also certified to train in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy TM and hypnosis. Makes him a mental ninja! Engaged by Porsche to hone their sales effort nationally, he continually sets high standards for himself and meets them.
